Make your lunch choices NOW for the Caledonian Society Annual General Meeting NEXT SATURDAY, June 20, in green, quiet Manoa at the Wai‘oli Tea Room, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

We have had a short deadline for mail-in reservations, but don’t miss the event if you don’t have time to reserve by mail. Please e-mail your name and the names of any guests along with each person’s lunch choice to Lillian at lillianc@hawaii.edu or phone 538-7707 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  Then put your check ($15 per person) in the mail to The Caledonian Society, P.O. Box 4164, Honolulu, HI 96812-4164.  See our most recent newsletter for the details.  

The tea room needs most of our meal choices from the Society no later Monday, June 15, but is willing to accept a few more choices early next week.  We cannot reserve seats in general without knowing which of the three delicious menu choices you would like to eat (Waioli Chicken Curry Salad, Tasty Turkey Sandwich, or Quiche and Green Salad.) We can accept e-mail reservations until Wed, June 17.

The luncheon will be in the appropriately named Robert Louis Stevenson Room, which is larger than last year’s room, with lots of room for more people. See you next Saturday for a lovely lunch.
